What this covers

This policy covers information submitted through ravencounselingservices.org, including the contact form. Clinical treatment records are governed separately by HIPAA and Raven Counseling Services' Notice of Privacy Practices, which you'll receive at intake.

What we collect from the site

The contact form collects your first name, phone number, email, an optional message, your preferred contact method and consent. This information is transmitted to a secure lead-routing endpoint so we can respond.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule a consult, and provide information about services. We do not sell or rent your information.

Third parties

Scheduling and billing are handled by Headway, which has its own privacy practices. Website analytics, if enabled, are limited to aggregated site usage.

Your choices

You can request that your inquiry data be deleted at any time by emailing admin@ravencounselingservices.org.
