Zandria is a mental-health provider, prior active duty, now serving in the National Guard, with seven years of military experience, this practice was built for the community she comes from.

## What we work on

Combat trauma, MST, moral injury, deployment stress and reintegration. Chronic PTSD that has resisted talk therapy alone. The specific weight of Guard/Reserve dual life. Transition out of active duty and into whatever comes next.

## How

Primarily **EMDR** and **CPT**. The goal for many veterans isn't lifetime symptom management, it's finishing treatment and no longer meeting criteria for PTSD.

You don't need to translate the culture. The unit acronyms, the pace, the pressure of holding a mission, I already know the terrain.
