## What it looks like

Standard sessions are 50 minutes, weekly, over secure video. The first few sessions focus on getting oriented, what you're working through, what matters to you, and how we'll measure whether therapy is actually helping.

From there we choose the approach that fits: **EMDR** when trauma is the primary driver, **CPT** when structured trauma processing fits best, or **CBT** for anxiety, depression, insomnia and life transitions.

## Who this is for

Adults 18+ who want a therapist that understands military and first-responder culture, respects your time, and works toward real outcomes, including, when appropriate, the goal of no longer meeting criteria for PTSD.

**Fee:** $150 per individual telehealth session · Free 15-min consult · Insurance and EAP accepted · No sliding scale · No-show or late-cancel (<24h) charged.
