Training

MSW · Independently licensed since 2019 · CPT-certified · EMDR-trained.

Military background

Prior active duty mental-health provider, now serving in the National Guard. Seven years of military experience. Fourth generation in a military family.

Populations

Adults 18+. Veterans, active-duty, Guard/Reserve, first responders, military families, car-accident survivors, adults in transition.

Approach

Person-centered, goal-oriented, solution-focused. Evidence-based modalities: EMDR, CPT, CBT.

What to expect

50-minute weekly telehealth sessions. Clear treatment plan. Honest check-ins on whether the work is helping.
