## The approaches

**EMDR** uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess stuck memories, you don't have to narrate the trauma frame by frame. **CPT** is a structured, certified protocol targeting the beliefs trauma installs about safety, trust, power, control and intimacy.

## Who I see for this

Combat veterans, active-duty service members, survivors of MST and assault, first responders, car-accident survivors and adults with chronic PTSD.

Where clinically appropriate, the goal is completion of treatment, no longer meeting criteria for PTSD. Not just management.
