## Format

Small, closed cohorts that meet weekly by secure video. Groups focus on trauma-informed skills, peer support and the specific culture of service, active-duty, Guard/Reserve, veterans and, when a cohort is offered, first responders.

## Pricing

Group sessions are offered at a reduced per-person rate compared to individual therapy. Cohort openings, format and current pricing shift over time, **contact for current pricing** and the next start date.
