## What we work on

Chronic worry, panic, hyper-vigilance, avoidance, social anxiety and performance stress. When anxiety is trauma-driven, we treat the trauma; when it's cognitive or situational, we work in **CBT**.

## How

Sessions are structured but human. You'll leave with tools, not just insight, and we track whether the work is actually shifting things.

Weekly 50-minute sessions, telehealth in Texas, Maryland and Massachusetts.
